FREE Standard Delivery service to all continental states (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Items are processed and made available for shipping in 3-4 business days. Some items will ship quicker or slower as noted in some item pages. Destination must be accessible by road. Remote locations can take 1 to 6 days longer and may incur additional delivery fees. Items less than $100 may incur delivery fee. Promotional items and specific item of interest may incur additional fees. SertaPedic and Serta Kids Collections will incur delivery fees (NOT free delivery).

  • Standard Delivery (FREE)- After processing, your purchase will arrive within 7 to 10 working business days. Your order will be delivered and unloaded to the front door of your home or building entrance.
  • White Glove Delivery - Available for select purchases with an additional fee. After processing, your purchase will arrive within 10 to 14 working business days. Your Large item purchase will be brought into your home, unpacked and set up in your bedroom. (Includes up to 1/2 hour of minor assembly! Up to 2 flights of stairs. Any additional arrangements are subject to charge by the delivery agent.) The packaging materials will also be removed and discarded.

Shipping Information: We will respond to your request within 48 hrs to process your order. After processing, your purchase will arrive within 7 to 10 working business days.


We at Bedder Mattress believe you should have a way to exchange the mattress you just purchased for a new one if it is not exactly what you wanted. It should take a few weeks for your body to adjust to your new sleeping surface. Sleep on your New Mattress for 30 nights, and if you are not fully satisfied you may exchange your new mattress once, for one of equal or greater value. If you choose a mattress of greater value, you will be responsible for the difference in price. Also, you will be responsible for a $99 processing fee and 10% restocking and handling fee to handle this exchange. All exchanges must be made between the 30th and 45th night after delivery. Exchanges are only applicable to standard size mattresses (King, Queen, Full and Twin). We are unable to exchange your mattress if your merchandise is found to be dirty, stained, damaged, or abused. No exchanging is allowed for floor models, special promotional models, clearance and final sale items.

It is the responsibility of the customers to return the merchandise undamaged, in new and unused condition. Returned products must be in original sealed protective original packaging materials and product literature. Customers must contact us within 15 days after receiving merchandise to get a return authorization. Customer are responsible for incurred round trip shipping fees +15% restocking fee, and must be received within 15 days after return authorization. Refunds will be credited back 3-5 business days after product is received and inspected for any damage or improper care. Damaged or abused items will not be refunded and will be returned to customer. If the item is large or oversized; you can contact us to schedule return pick-up. You will be informed of incurred shipping fees via phone or email for approval of return before pickup is scheduled. If item has not been delivered or shipped, a processing fee of 5% will be enforced to cover any merchant fees incurred for initiating your order.
All sales are final (no refunds, no return, no exchange) for floor models, special promotional models, close outs, or clearance items.


Please read the following instructions regarding new mattresses. This is used for guidance only, refer to manufacturer policy for more detailed description.
STEP 1: Cover your mattress with a mattress protector pad, which will absorb perspiration and can be removed and washed to keep the mattress clean from spill and stain damage. Manufacturers void their warranties if there are stains.
STEP 2: Rotate your mattress twice a month for the first couple of months and once every other month thereafter. Body indentations are a normal occurrence in new mattresses, and indicate that the upholstery layers are conforming to a person’s individual body contours, this is not a defect. Mattresses contain many layers of upholstery padding to increase their comfort life and support performance. To help minimize body impressions, mattresses should be turned occasionally throughout their life. We have illustrated below the best method.
STEP 3: Leave the white 'do not remove' federal law tag attached on the mattress. In the unlikely event that you need to file a warranty claim you will need to provide this tag. Keep your receipt. Stapling it to the law tag is one good way to never loose it.
STEP 4: Read your warranty card: Detailed ‘do’s and don’ts’ are listed Important Tips:
• Do use a new firm, supportive foundation. An older, worn foundation may cause the mattress to appear to have impressions when the issue may be due to a non-supportive foundation.
• Do use a proper frame. Use a bed frame that supports head, foot and sides with rigid center support. For any frame that does not have a metal center support, there must be at least 5 hardwood slats (1 x 4's). Failure to provide proper support will damage the mattress and / or foundation and invalidate the warranty.
• Don't bend, fold, stand or jump on you mattress.
