For oversized, flat-packed and select luxury sleep products that cannot ship by standard parcel service, Bedder offers scheduled White Glove delivery throughout the continental U.S.
Your order is transported by specialized freight and delivered by a professional last-mile team who brings eligible products into your home, completes the included setup and removes the packaging.

Is White Glove available everywhere?

White Glove Delivery is available throughout much of the continental U.S. Service and pricing vary by destination, product size and handling requirements. Bedder also provides local and extended delivery throughout much of Southern California. Some locations or products may require confirmation before delivery can be scheduled.

How long does nationwide delivery take?

Nationwide White Glove Delivery typically takes approximately 2–3 weeks. Delivery times may vary based on your location, product availability and carrier scheduling. Once your order reaches the local delivery provider, you will be contacted to schedule your in-home delivery.

Will you remove my old mattress?

Yes. Mattress removal is available with eligible Bedder and White Glove deliveries. Select Mattress Removal under Haul-Away when arranging your delivery.
For mattresses shipped by parcel carriers such as FedEx or UPS, removal is not performed by the parcel carrier at the time of delivery. Where applicable, mattress pickup is arranged separately.

Do you deliver upstairs?

Yes, in most cases. White Glove Delivery can include delivery to an upstairs bedroom when the product can be safely moved through the available stairways, hallways and doorways. Unusual access conditions or products requiring additional personnel may result in additional charges or require advance approval.

Does White Glove include adjustable base setup?

Yes. Professional adjustable base setup is available with White Glove Delivery. Choose Adjustable Base Only or Mattress + Adjustable Base under Delivery & Setup so the appropriate service is included with your order.

What if my home has difficult access?

Please let us know before delivery if your home has narrow stairways, tight hallways, limited parking, gated access, elevators or other conditions that could affect delivery. Additional personnel, equipment or charges may be required for unusually difficult deliveries. If an item cannot be safely delivered to the requested room, our team will discuss the available options with you.

Can I add White Glove after placing my order?

Usually, yes. Contact Bedder Mattress as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order has not progressed too far through fulfillment, we can confirm available White Glove services and any additional charges before delivery.

How will my delivery be scheduled?

For Bedder local and extended deliveries, our team will contact you to coordinate delivery based on our scheduled delivery routes. For Nationwide White Glove orders, the local delivery provider will contact you once your order reaches the destination area to arrange an available delivery date or window.
